  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging and tags.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalized crystal products.
  • Products requested for return after 7 days of delivery.

Minor variations in color, texture, or natural pattern in crystals (these are natural and not considered defects).

To initiate a return:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

Refund Process
